And the animation was nice too. It was simple but you get away with it through well thought out shots and yeah good job man wa wa wawawa. Also I really liked Strawberry's run animation, it had a nice feeling of urgency behind it.
One thing I will say is the on-screen lyrics kind of ruin films like this for me. Once the story kicked off it stopped bothering me but I think they make stuff look a bit cheap and they can be distracting. You should think twice before adding them again.

Yeah, some people mentioned about the lyrics really distracting the viewers while watching through the entire thing. Next time, I will try to make it toggle able.

I liked this more than most things like this. Broose's little run to walk to stop transition was lovely too.

Most of your animation is really nice and you have high quality voice acting but it just feels a bit cheap. Just a bit broad and referencey. Sorry it's just not really my thing. I'd love to see you try something more risky though, you've obviously got good art skills.

I love noir detectives and you did a brilliant job. Really well structured little story. The all-Waits soundtrack was ace as well.
